TierPoint’s Lehigh Valley data center is located at 3949 Schelden Circle, Bethlehem, PA 18017. The data center is conveniently located along the Lehigh Valley Thruway. The single story building is a secure construction with concrete masonry walls.

The data center provides N+1 colocation space options ranging from single U cabinet space, 1/4 cabinet, 1/3 cabinet, 1/2 cabinet, full cabinet, locking cabinet, customized cage space, and private suites. The data center provides 28,000 square feet of total space with 14,000 square feet of dedicated data center infrastructure including 9,000 square feet of anti-static raised floor space.  The data center also provides 14,000 square feet of office space and/or disaster recovery and business continuity space. The data center is annually audited for its controls and is a SSAE 16 SOC1 and SOC2 Type II certified facility. Multi-layered security prevent any unauthorized access to the data center with 24x7x365 onsite personnel, monitoring through CCTV cameras, dual factor biometric access control, monitored open door and security breach alarms and mantrap entry with card access system. The data center is equipped with an early warning smoke detection system and pre action dry pipe fire suppression system to meet any fire emergencies.

Bethlehem data center provides reliable and fault tolerant N+1 redundant power infrastructure and can offer 100% SLA on power. Immediate power failure is protected by a redundant and diverse N+1 UPS system for critical load, in an event of utility power loss. Diesel generators in N+1 redundant configuration provide backup power to the entire facility during a power outage, with onsite fuel storage. Power to each cabinet is delivered in a fully diverse A&B feed with each circuit run from different UPS and generator system that insure uninterrupted power to the system. The data center supports power densities of 250+ watts per square feet. Multiple redundant CRAC units in N+1 redundancy maintain appropriate cooling and humidity levels in the data center for optimized performance of all components and can be monitored remotely.

The 3949 Schelden Circle data center is a carrier neutral facility with connectivity to multiple carriers and service providers. The data center offers 100% SLA on network connectivity with flexible solutions including optical fiber, copper and wireless. The facility has managed dark fiber, high speed fiber optic network lining facilities. The data center has multiple diverse fiber feeds to each Northeast region facility. 24x7x365 NOC with onsite Level 2 and Level 3 Engineers provides helpdesk and support services.
