Xand’s Tek Park data center is one of three data center locations in Pennsylvania, safely outside major threat zone. The Xand data center is a single story building located at 9999 Hamilton Data Blvd. Breinigsville, PA 18031 and is constructed with concrete masonry and/or Steel Walls, bored to bedrock foundation, crash barrier around physical infrastructure, and energy efficient white roof. The building area is around 250,000 square feet with 14,000 square feet of available data center space. The data center design has the latest in redundant power, environmental control, and networking technology. The 36 inches of raised floor provides the management of electrical and network cabling to the data center. The security of the facility is guarded physically by man guards 24X7, man trap, biometric, card scan, and closed circuit video camera monitoring. The power to data center is protected through redundant UPS system’s with independent A/B UPS power delivery, and immediate take over by diesel generators in the event of utility power loss. The cooling and humidity to the data center is controlled through dual chilled water plants for redundancy. Their Pennsylvania colocation solutions are provided through full or half locking cabinets, private locking cages, customized private suites, raw space built, and disaster recovery seats and private DR suites. A data center grade fire suppression system is in place for protection from any fire hazard.
Multiple, diverse fiber feeds to other Xand data centers are available. The Pennsylvania data center is a carrier neutral facility with multiple tier I providers with multiple diverse fiber feeds. On-site and on-call technical support services are available 24×7 by a team of engineers with local/remote monitoring. The customers are provided with private office areas, dedicated workspace, and secure parking for working on-site. Xand provides solutions like managed servers, xCloud, routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, IDS, SAN, Tape backup, and IP vaulting. Powered by VMware, xCloud – Xand’s cloud computing solution, an affordable, modern, and highly scalable virtualized platform available in three services: Private, Enterprise Multi-Tenant, and Disaster Recovery. The xCloud is a pool of virtualized computing resources with tiered SAN storage options, premium security, full server management options, load balancing, and option to host the solution on Windows or Linux.
