The data center is located in the historic Cunard Line building in downtown New York City, a few short blocks south of Wall Street. Another celebrated landmark, the famous Wall Street Bull, stands just across the street.
The data center is a Tier III facility. The colocation services are provided through partial/full cabinets, caged space, and private suites. The facility SSAE 16 SOC I Type II certified provides 85,000 square feet of colocation space. The data center provides 24 x 7 x 365 video surveillance, security guards, and IC Cards authentication.
The New York data center has three commercial power sources. Power failure is protected by a 9 UPS system in N+1 configuration. The continuous secondary power is provided by 3 diesel generators. The redundant cooling system is installed in the data center for automating temperature and humidity in the data centers. The data center is a carrier neutral facility with options to connect with multiple carriers/ISPs capable of meeting any telecom need.
