Telehouse – New York Data Center (25 Broadway)

Telehouse’s New York broadway data center is located at 25 Broadway, New York, NY 10004. The data center is located in the historic Cunard Line building in downtown New York City, a few short blocks south of Wall Street. Another celebrated landmark, the famous Wall Street Bull, stands just across the street.

The data center is a Tier III facility. The colocation services are provided through partial/full cabinets, caged space, and private suites. The facility SSAE 16 SOC I Type II certified provides 85,000 square feet of colocation space. The data center provides 24 x 7 x 365 video surveillance, security guards, and IC Cards authentication.

The New York data center has three commercial power sources. Power failure is protected by a 9 UPS system in N+1 configuration. The continuous secondary power is provided by 3 diesel generators. The redundant cooling system is installed in the data center for automating temperature and humidity in the data centers. The data center is a carrier neutral facility with options to connect with multiple carriers/ISPs capable of meeting any telecom need. The data center offers connection to NYIIX, New York’s largest, most active IP peering exchange, ranking in top 10 internationally. 24 x 7 customer’s assistance center with onsite technical support is available.
