The data center has easy access to Seattle, Portland, Vancouver BC, and SeaTac international airport. The data center strategic location minimizes the risk from environmental uncertainties and aerial contaminants. The facility is 525 feet above the sea level, and provides amenities such as office space, common areas, and conference rooms.
The data center offers colocation through high power density cages, secure private suites, and custom PODs. The facility provides 80,000 square feet of total space, including 56,605 square feet of raised floor colocation space, and is SSAE 16 Type I certified. The data center provides state of the art security measures, including 86 acres protected by perimeter and individual building security fencing, visitor and shipment screening, 24×7 security guards, and CCTV monitoring. All the access to data center is controlled through biometric and card control with extra security is provided with mantrap entry. The shipping and receiving area is walled off from colocation and freight areas.

The 42.5 MW of utility power is provided to the data center from dual feed. The data center has 230 kVA independent power substation onsite. The immediate power failure is protected by UPS system in N+1 redundancy for full critical load with automatic transfer to onsite diesel generator. The facility provides power density of 150 watts per square feet with significantly scalability for highly dense systems. The data center uses highly efficient evaporative cooling system utilizing 100% outside air for automating temperature and humidity.
The data center is carrier neutral facility with access with Comcast, Century Link, Level 3, Zayo and Verizon available through diverse and redundant pathways. The data center provides carrier meet-me-room facility. The data center provides the remote and smart hands services.
