Suited for small to medium business that need to off-site their IT infrastructure, WOW’s co-location facility provides clients with safe, secure and efficient data center services. The power infrastructure includes a high-capacity Automatic Transfer switch (ATS) which ensures uninterrupted power in the event of an outage or maintenance. The facility is also connected to redundant internet feeds, meaning that clients have a continuous online presence without having to worry about outages. For cooling, the climate is maintained by redundant Liebert A/C systems which are backed up by an internal diesel generator. Trained professionals monitor the electrical circuit load at all times, and there is 24 hour a day, 7 days a week monitoring of all network, power and environment conditions.
Other amenities include access to conference rooms for clients’ staff, complete with large monitors and internet access. Clients are also able to lease office space, for the long-term, or short-term in the same building.
