Natural Network’s San Diego data center is located at 10225 Barnes Canyon Rd., Suite A105, San Diego, CA 92121. The data center design and build reliable, scalable and efficient, custom managed colocation solutions.
The data center has successfully completed SAS 70 type II audit, and is HIPAA and HITECH compliant. The data center has security personnel onsite 24 x 7, video camera with remote door release, CCTV digital surveillance with 90 to 180 days storage, and mantrap entry. The facility has digital card access at all data center doors, and biometric scanners to access the data center floor. All equipment is tagged upon arrival and entered into the client account for monitoring, and no hardware can be removed from premises without proper authorization and credentials.
San Diego data center has both N+1 and 2N power configurations available to provide the very best power protection. The utility power is supplied by two diverse power feeds into the facility. Digital Energy UPS controllers provide continuous clean conditioned power to all servers. The standby power is provided by multiple diesel generators. The data center provides A and B, 120V or 208V, single phase or three phase power, and power density of up to 8 kW per cabinet. The facility also has 24 x 7 x 365 monitoring on all power systems. The data center utilize full data grade HVAC systems with N+1 redundancy, and data center space is designed with advanced cold row containment to be both energy efficient and environmentally friendly.
The data center is a carrier neutral facility, and provides connectivity to 7 Tier 1 carriers and is able to maintain continuous connectivity even when carriers fail. The data center offers diverse fiber entrances to withstand multiple fiber cuts and maintain connectivity, and performance routed network provides the best possible performance and automatically routes around problems on the Internet. The facility has private OC-192 fiber connections between data centers for off-site backup, data replication and disaster recovery. The data center has implemented Hot Standby Routing Protocol (HSRP) in ethernet or fiber. The 24 x 7 x 365 emergency response to critical events is provided by expert engineers to provide fast solutions to any problem.
