MultaCOM’s Los Angeles data center (DC3) is located 2 miles east of 707 Wilshire Blvd., and one of the three data center facilities that is operated by MultaCOM in Los Angeles. The data center is located in downtown Los Angeles.

The data center offers flexible colocation options in Los Angeles such as rack space for single server in tower or rackmount specifications, quarter cabinet, half cabinet, full cabinet, and customized cage space. The raised floor is designed for subfloor cable management and efficient airflow. The data center features excellent security, including 24x7x365 onsite security personnel, video surveillance cameras with recording and archiving of footage, and key card access system. The data center is protected from fire through the use of a FM 200 fire suppression system.

The Los Angeles MultaCOM data center is a reliable and fault tolerant 2N+1 power infrastructure, and offers 99.9% uptime guarantee. The entire critical infrastructure is protected by redundant UPS system in 2N+1 redundancy that is backed by redundant diesel generators on the prolonged power outage. The data center provides 110V/220V 15/20/30 Amps power circuit to each cabinet. The cooling and humidity in the data center is controlled through multiple Liebert HVAC units to maintain the optimized performance of all hardware components.

The MultaCOM data center is a carrier neutral facility with connectivity to multiple carriers and service providers. The data center provides 99.9% network uptime. The network has been engineered from scratch and provides complete redundancy and failover protection. 24x7x365 NOC provides support services and remote hands services.
