Massive Networks Englewood data center is located at 181 Inverness Dr W, Englewood, CO 80112. The data center has a loading dock and 4,000 square feet of receiving area available for customer’s use. The receiving area has a 5,000 lb. hydraulic lift and ramped access for transporting equipment to the raised floor areas. The facility also provides a secure temporary storage area for receiving customer’s shipments and temporary storage of those items.
The data center offers colocation cabinets from half to full cabinet, caged space from 100 square feet that can be scaled up to 10,000 square feet, and private suites from 200 square feet to 725 square feet. All the colocation cabinets are in standard 42U specifications with W 28″ x D 36″ x H 85″ dimensions. The data center is a 26,000 square feet facility and also provides raised floor colocation space. The facility is regularly audited for in accordance with SAS 70 type II requirements, and is HIPAA & PCI compliant. The data center provides multiple layers of security that includes 24 x 7 x 365 security staff, CCTV monitoring and recording, and visual identification checkpoints for the entire facility. Access to the data center is controlled and monitored using security access cards, man traps, and biometric fingerprint scanning. The data center has got fire detection and suppression system in place for any fire spark.
Englewood data center offers a reliable power infrastructure. The power delivery system provides two circuits to each individual cabinet and is provided in A+B circuit design. The data center provides 120/208 V 20 Amp AC power. Raised floor area cabinets and racks are provided with UPS power through a fully redundant and diverse power distribution system that includes static transfer switch (STS) and PDUs. The standby power is provided by diesel generators with automatic transfer switching. The cooling and humidity in the data center is effectively controlled by HVAC units.
The data center is a carrier neutral facility offering connectivity to major Tier I service providers including Level 3, Verizon, SAVVIS, XO, Hurricane Electric, AT&T, Zayo, and Century Link. Massive Network offers SLA on 100% network availability, less than 45 milliseconds latency, less than 0.3% packet loss, and less than 0.5 milliseconds of Jitter. The data center provide managed Internet access service utilizing multiple Gig E circuits from redundant and diverse fiber carriers for dedicated and managed Internet access services. The facility has 2 independent fiber conduits, each from 2 separate Telco vaults. The data center provides IP scales to 40 Gbps plus capacity on six carriers. 24 x 7 x 365 NOC staff provides helpdesk and support services and also have eye on all critical system. The support staff also provides remote hands services.
