Recently acquired by the data company KeyInfo, ISWest’s Agoura Hills Data Center is located at 30077 Agoura Ct, Agoura Hills CA 91301.
ISWest provides clients and customers with scalable, customizable solutions for their IT needs. Among their offerings at their data center, configurations include 1U all the way up to 8U cabinets, as well as 20U and 40U co-location cabinets. Custom cages and cabinets are also available. An onsite Network Operations Center monitors all of the critical power, network and environmental systems in the facility 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and ISWest maintains multiple certifications including HIPPA, PCI and SAS.
The data center’s power infrastructure is backed by a 66,000-volt Edison power substation, and ISWest’s main electrical room provides clean UPS power deployed in parallel redundant N+1 configurations. A 0.5 megawatt turbo diesel generator is also available, in the case of a primary utility power failure, and 24 hours worth of fuel is stored on-site, along with guaranteed refueling contracts with local companies. The facility’s cooling system features a fully redundant data grade Liebert down-flow HVAC system, set up in a N+1 configuration. Three levels of control systems provide for a constant 72 degree temperature, and humidity is constantly maintained at 45 percent. A 10 gigabit ethernet architecture is also in place, which provides redundant connectivity to the data center. These redundancies back up ISWest’s strong service level agreements, which provide for a guarantee of 99.995% uptime.
Clients also have access to other services within the data center. Virtual Hands services allow ISWest technicians to troubleshoot systems as perform other tasks on behalf of clients. Other services include data backup and restore, advanced network monitoring, remote power cycle, DNS Services and bandwidth utilization monitoring.
Founded in 1996, ISWest also provides clients with a range of additional tools and managed services such as full managed cloud servers, business continuity, managed servers, security, firewall protections and VPN services.
