The Los Angeles data center is a Tier III infrastructure. The data center has 204,117 square feet of data center space delivering 15.9 MW of highly reliable and redundant electrical power in a server ready, private configuration. The data center provides 21,908 square feet of raised floor, and provides power densities from 130 to 200 Watts per Square Feet. The secure, private data halls are available from 2,500 to 50,000 square feet offering flexibility and operational controls. The data center has a secured key card access, and control room monitoring all critical electrical, mechanical, fire suppression systems, and other activities 24 x 7 x 365.
The data center is a highly efficient LEED silver design, providing consistently low power rates and scalable deployment capability minimize total operational costs. The data center has redundant 2.5 MW of Caterpillar generators to power the dedicated on site 28 MVA substation. This dedicated power substation also help reduced electricity cost. The entire electrical and mechanical infrastructure is configured in N+1 redundancy with optional 2N UPS capability keeps the critical system up and running. The data center has highly efficient indirect evaporative cooling system with custom air handlers in N+1 configuration, delivering PUE of 1.25 to 1.31.
