I2B Networks San Diego data center (SAN02) is located at 8971 Complex Drive, San Diego, CA 92123. I2B has acquired this facility that resides within 200 yards of the original company’s data center. The data center is easily accessible to all highways, and is located in Kearny Mesa, the heart of San Diego. The facility and non-structural equipment exceed seismic requirements providing a secure environment.

The data center is designed to accommodate a full range of colocation options from 1U, multi U shares, 1/3 cabinet, half cabinet, 42U cabinet, 54U cabinet and customized cage solutions. The data center provides 11,000 square feet of space, and is a raised floor design. The data center is a SAS 70 Type II audited facility, SSAE 16 SOC I Type II certified, while also is compliant with HIPAA, SOX, and PCI DSS standards. 24 x 7 x 365 staffed onsite monitors the facility through video cameras, and all critical areas access is granted with biometric scan. The data center has fire alarming system to alert the staff, and a redundant 6 zone overhead and under floor FM 200 fire suppression system installed.

The data center has redundant power entrance and multiple redundant centralized UPS system in isolated rooms with isolated battery strings. The power to each cabinet is a dual (A+B) feed in 2N configuration. The backup power to the data center is provided by diesel generator with automatic transfer switch capable of several days of run time and 8,000 gallons fuel storage onsite. Multiple redundant chilled water CRAC units effectively moderate cooling and humidity in the data center. The data center has Honeywell environmental control system installed, and leak detection under all raised floor and drip pans.

The data center is a carrier neutral facility with multiple carriers, multiple fiber entrances, and multiple MPOEs. The facility also offer multi gigabit Tier I Internet connection in the data center. The dedicated server solutions  are empowered by Intel, Supermicro, and Dell with disk storage from Seagate. I2B Networks offers dedicated hosting solutions from Windows, Unix/Linux, or FreeBSD to fully managed complex cluster configuration. All the routing and switching equipment is of Cisco. The facility has a Network Operation Center staffed 24 x 7 x 365 meeting the needs and requirements of the customers.
