The data center offers flexible colocation options starting from 1U rack space, quarter cabinet, half cabinet, full cabinet, customized cage space, and private suites. The data center is regularly audited to meet the rigorous compliance standards of SSAE 16 SOC I. The data center provides 85,000 square feet of total building space including 48,000 square feet of 36″ raised floor space. The data center provides excellent security measures including 24x7x365 video surveillance with recording and archiving of footage for 90 days, locked cabinets, monitoring through NOC staff, and dual factor authentication using key card and biometric system. The pre action dry pipe fire suppression system protects data center from any fire hazard while multi zone VESDA (Very Early Smoke Detection Apparatus) provides an early fire alert.

The Dallas data center 2 is a reliable and modular designed power infrastructure offering 100% SLA on power. The 25 kV utility feed delivers commercial power to data center. The immediate power failure is protected by 1.5 MW Mitsubishi 9900 UPS system in 2N redundancy that delivers uninterrupted power to critical infrastructure. The redundant 1.5 MW diesel generators with automatic transfer switch provides emergency power on prolonged power outage. These diesel generators are connected to redundant fuel storage tanks, pumps, and feeds. The data center has dedicated transformer plant that converts 480V UPS output to 208/120V data center floor voltage. The data center is designed to provide a power density of 250 watts per square feet. The modular designed 2,700 tons of HVAC units utilizing centrifugal chillers in N+1 redundancy automates cooling and humidity levels in data center. The data center has N+1 air handlers and connections for roll up chillers. The efficient air is delivered in hot aisle/cold aisle cabinet layout design.
