RCIG’s Saint Louis data center 3 is located at 11756 Borman Drive, Saint Louis, Missouri 63146, and one of three facilities in St. Louis. The data center is located on Borman Drive in WestPort, a suburb in West St. Louis County. It’s strategically located just miles from St. Louis Lambert Airport, just off Interstate I-270, midway between I-64 and I-70 (I-44 and I-55 are a short drive south). Its location is ideally positioned geographically for easy access and shipping.

The colocation services are provided from 2U, 10U rack space, half/full racks, full locking cabinets, and caged space. The full rack power is configured with 20 AMP 110V, 30 AMP 110V or 30 AMP 208V dedicated Circuits. The data center is a SAS 70 Type I certified, and provides 10,000 square feet of space. The facility has multiple layers of security consisting of video surveillance, RFID badge readers, 24 x 7 x 365 monitoring and on site security staff.

The data center has a dedicated commercial power transformer supplying the power. The power failure is protected by multiple UPS systems, and continuous power supply is provided by backup diesel generators capable of running for 48 hours on each fuel tank. The customized A&B power circuits are delivered to customer’s equipment. Saint Louis offers a BGP network consisting of multiple fiber connections. The carriers include Savvis, Level 3, Cogent and Charter Business. The 24 x 7 x 365 NOC provide monitoring services, and support services. The free 5 minutes hands and feet support is provided by support staff.
