The zColo Los Angeles data center is in the heart of downtown LA at 707 Wilshire Blvd. Los Angeles, the 2nd largest market in the Unites States, is a gateway for the converging needs of international carriers, metro and national carriers, content providers, wireless providers, large enterprises, media and entertainment companies. The facility offers 7,465 square feet of data center space and zColo Los Angeles colocation solutions are provided through private suites, caged space, and cabinets. The data center has 24 x 7 monitoring and security with video surveillance, mantraps, and authorized access to the facility is granted through card readers. The data center has AC and DC power distribution and has redundant power grids to the facility. Power failure is protected by a UPS system with an immediate shift of the power load to a diesel generator that is provided by the building, in the event there is a loss of power. The data center climate is controlled through a N+1 configured condense water air conditioning system that is provided by the building. The automatic fire suppression system with smoke detection and pre action sprinklers are installed in the data center.
