The facility is a single story building constructed with concrete masonry covering an area around 203,840 square feet with 40,000 square feet of data center space available. This data center features redundant power, environmental controls, and networking technology. The raised flooring provides easy management of electrical and network cabling to the data center. The security of the facility is physically guarded 24X7 and also contains a man-trap, biometric, card scan, and closed circuit video camera monitoring. Power to the data center is protected through redundant UPS systems with immediate take over by N+1 diesel generators. The cooling and humidity to the data center is controlled by a redundant air conditioning system. Colocation solutions are provided through full or half locking cabinets, private locking cages, customized private suites, raw space, disaster recovery seats and private DR suites. The fire suppression system is double, pre-action dry system linked to smoke and heat detectors in place from protection to any fire hazard.
