TierPoint’s Oklahoma DC2 data center is located at 4114 Perimeter Center Place, Oklahoma City, OK 73112. The data center constructed on 15 acre campus features to withstand wind, rain and moderate seismic forces in accordance with the International Building Code. The data center is constructed of tilt-up concrete panels surrounding each section of the building creating multiple layers of physical security. The data center has the facility of secure parking, conference rooms, office spaces and staging area.
The Oklahoma DC is a Tier III rated infrastructure with a fully redundant design. The data center provides N+1 colocation space options ranging from single U cabinet space, 1/4 cabinet, 1/3 cabinet, 1/2 cabinet, full cabinet, locking cabinet, customized cage space, and private suites. The data center provides 69,867 square feet of total space including 34,219 square feet of 30″ antistatic raised floor space, 21,118 square feet of two floors office space, and 14,530 square feet of support space. The data center is annually audited for its controls and is a SSAE 16 SOC1 Type II certified facility. The state of the art multi-layered security prevent any unauthorized access to the data center with 10 feet perimeter fencing with barbed wire topping, double electronic gate at only entrance to campus and is tied to access control system, entrance is protected with a grass berm and concrete reinforced bollards, 24x7x365 onsite security personnel, proximity sensors and logging at all entrances, monitoring of interior and exterior through security cameras with recording of footage to DVR, biometric authentication system with signature and photo capture and single mantrap entry. The data center is equipped with an early warning smoke detection system below raised floor and in return plenum above the ceiling, and pre action dry pipe fire suppression system to meet any fire emergencies.
The Oklahoma DC2 data center provides reliable and fault tolerant N+1 power infrastructure and can offer 100% SLA on power. The power to data center is fed from two different substations through two different entry points with a total capacity of 5,000kVA. Immediate power failure is protected by a redundant and diverse 2N+1 redundant UPS system design supporting a 3,000kW critical load, in an event of utility power loss. 4 x 2 MW Cummins standby diesel generators provide backup power to the entire facility during a power outage with 30,000 gallons of onsite fuel storage. Power to each cabinet is delivered in a fully diverse A&B feed with each circuit run from different UPS and generator system that insure uninterrupted power to the system. The data center is designed to support an average of 125 watts per square feet. Multiple redundant 450 tons chillers and multiple Liebert CRAH units in N+1 configuration maintain appropriate cooling and humidity levels in the data center for optimized performance of all components and can be monitored remotely.
The 4114 Perimeter Center Place data center is a carrier neutral facility with connectivity to multiple carriers and service providers. The data center offers 100% SLA on network connectivity with flexible solutions including optical fiber, copper and wireless. The data center has two separate building entrances through 8 x four inch ducts containing multiple one inch innerducts. TierPoint DC1 and DC2 has interconnectivity between them via multiple fiber paths for connectivity and redundancy. 24x7x365 NOC with onsite Level 2 and Level 3 Engineers provides helpdesk and support services.
