Net Access Corporation’s Parsippany data center 2 is located at 200 Webro Rd., Parsippany, NJ 7054. The data center is roughly 40 minutes from Manhattan and 30 minutes from Newark Liberty International Airport. The data center itself is conveniently located near Routes 24, 46, 80 & 287, making it easily accessible by car and bus. The data center is located above FEMA 500 year floodplain, and has low probability and environmental accidents. The data center provides amenities such as office suites, conference room, break room, server build rooms, and long term storage.

The data center is a Tier IV infrastructure facility. Net Access offers flexible colocation options including standard colocation, managed colocation, and high density colocation starting from open rack space in 1U increments in shared environment, half and full cabinet space, locked cabinet space, and customized cage space. The facility is regularly audited in accordance with SSAE 16 type II requirements, and is PCI DSS compliant and Safe Harbor certified. The data center provides the state of the art security, including 24x7x365 onsite security guards, high definition CCTV monitoring system monitoring interior and exterior of facility, and three factor authentication using proximity card, biometric fingerprint reader, and facial geometry scanner. The extra security in the facility is provided through mantrap entry to gain access to data center floor. The data center uses dual interlock dry pipe fire suppression system for any fire emergency.

Parsippany data center 2 is fully redundant 2N+1 power infrastructure with concurrently maintainable design, and offers 100% SLA on power. The data center deploys green technologies that helps to diminish carbon footprint and purchases and uses some portion of its power from recycled renewable energy sources, and provides a PUE of 1.2. The entire critical infrastructure is protected by high efficiency Eaton Powerware UPS system in N+1 configuration with individual battery validation on the loss of utility power. The backup emergency power to the data center is provided by onsite diesel generators. The data center offers fixed or metered power billing options, and can deliver 120V/208 single phase or three phase AC power to each rack. The facility supports high density power requirements up to 20 kW per rack. The HVAC units in N+1 configuration control the cooling and humidity levels in the data center in hot/cold aisle containment design.

Net Access’ 200 Webro Rd. data center is a carrier neutral facility with connectivity to multiple carriers and service providers, and offers 100% SLA on network uptime. The network infrastructure includes managed private fiber, enabling direct, low latency connections to the data center, and also supports HSRP/BGP, IPv4 and IPv6 technologies. The data center provides dark fiber connectivity to major carrier hotels such as 60 Hudson St., NYC, 25 Broadway, NYC, and 165 Halsey St., Newark, NJ. 24x7x365 NOC staff provides the helpdesk and support services. The facility also provides free first level support on basic tasks like reboots or power cycling, as well as remote hands services for more complex tasks such as equipment installation.
