The CyrusOne data center is built to Fujita F2 wind rating, and has a reinforced physical structure which includes concrete bollards.
The colocation services are provided through cabinets, caged space, and private suites. The CyrusOne data center provides 400,000 square feet of space including 210,000 square feet of raised floor. The CyrusOne data center is a SSAE 16 SOC I Type certified, HIPPA compliant, and USGBC LEED certified. The CyrusOne data center has 7 levels of access security, and provides security with perimeter fencing, on site security guards, revolving doors, and video surveillance with recording of the interior and exterior of facility. The access to the CyrusOne data center is restricted through a series of biometric and key card authentication with a mantrap.
The Cincinnati CyrusOne data center is built to top-tier standards offering 100% SLA on power. Multiple levels of power redundancy are available in N, 2N, and N+1 configurations. The Cincinnati data center has 7 dedicated power substations that are not shared with other buildings. Diverse power to the CyrusOne data center is delivered by six (06) independent circuits. The facility has 25 KVA single input PDUs with automatic transfer switches, and 2 MW dedicated diesel generators for emergency power with 40,000 gallons of fuel storage capacity onsite. The data center power cables are High Performance Computing (HPC) capable.
The 24 and 36 inch raised floor design provides the cooling and temperature control in the data center through closed loop chilled water cooling designs including highly efficient multiple 1200 ton York centrifugal chillers, 115-ton Hunt Air ACU, while some levels/halls utilize 30 and 40 ton CRAC units. The FM 200 or FE -25 clean gas fire suppression with VESDA control are installed in the data center for safety. The CyrusOne data center is a carrier neutral facility who provides dark fiber connectivity options, and has 40 peering arrangements. The CyrusOne data center has 24×7 support staff available in Network Operation Centers with remote hands facility available.
