zColo Zayo Group LLC – San Diego Data Center (World Trade Dr.)

Zayo’s carrier neutral data center on 12270 World Trade Drive also serves as redIT’s corporate headquarters and was built to accommodate surging demand for redITs cloud and data center services.

Zayo’s World Trade drive location is 88,000 square feet and offers clients access to custom suites, secured cages and locking cabinets. Multi-factor security requirements are present throughout the facility and include 24/7 video surveillance, biometric scanners, and an on-site network operations center that is staffed continuously.

Its power infrastructure is run on two separate electrical systems (2N) which provides over 25 Megawatts of power to the facility. Backup power is provided by two 2MW Caterpillar generators. There are also three diverse fiber paths to the building, allowing clients access to multiple ISPs and network carriers.
