The Phoenix zColo data center is located at 3110 N Central Ave in Arizona. The zColo data center is conveniently located between Interstates 17 & 10, and less than 3 miles from Highway 51, and is just a ten-minute drive from the Sky Harbor Airport. The facility is also located in one of the most geographically stable regions. The zColo facility offers 8,200 square feet of data center space and colocation solutions are provided through private suites, caged space, and cabinets. The zColo data center has 24 x 7 monitoring and security with video surveillance, and authorized access to the facility is granted through card readers and biometric scanners. The zColo data center has 2,400 kw of utility power. Power failure is protected by 1,500 kw UPS system configured as 2N redundancy, and an immediate shift to diesel generator with N+1 configured redundancy in the event of a power loss. The zColo data center climate is controlled through N+1 configured multiple 25 tons Stulz HVAC units for the optimum performance of equipment. The multi zone pre action fire suppression system with smoke alarms and sensors mounted in ceiling, ceiling plenum and under floor panels with a multi zoned FM 200 system installed in the zColo data center building.
The zColo data center location has diverse fiber entrances and offers on-site remote hands service, and carrier neutral connectivity to 10+ network services provider. The SLAs are supported by geographically diverse NOCs. The facilities remote hands are also offered to the customers that include cable installation and replacement, test collaboration, component replacement, visual surveillance, and other miscellaneous services.
