The zColo Memphis data center is located at 7620 Appling Center in Memphis, Tennessee. Located in the heart of the United States, Memphis thrives with businesses including the manufacturing, high tech, healthcare, higher education, media and entertainment sectors. The facility offers 12,100 square feet of data center space and their Memphis colocation solutions are provided through private suites, caged space, and cabinets. The data center has 24 x 7 monitoring and security with video surveillance, and authorized access to the facility is granted through card readers. The data center has AC and DC power distribution and has redundant power grids to the facility. In the event of power failure, the facility is protected by a UPS system and an immediate shift of the power load to a 1,400 kw diesel generator with a 2000 gallon fuel capacity. The data center climate is controlled through N+1 configured dry cooler and HVAC units for optimum performance of equipment. An automatic fire suppression system with smoke deduction and pre action sprinklers are installed in the data center building.
