The security of facility is guarded physically by man guards 24X7, man-trap, and closed circuit video camera monitoring. The power to data center is protected through redundant UPS systems with the immediate take over of power by diesel generators in the event there is a loss in utility power. The cooling and humidity to the data center is controlled by an air conditioning system. Colocation solutions are provided through full or half locking cabinets, open rack space, customized private suites, raw space builds, and disaster recovery seats and private DR suites.
Multiple, diverse fiber feeds to other Xand data centers are available. Remote hands and technical support are available 24×7 by a team of tier II and tier III engineers on-site to meet unforeseen problems.
