The US Signal Southfield data center is located at 21648 Melrose Ave in Southfield Michigan. The US Signal data center is SSAE 16 SOC I certified and HIPPA compliant. The facility features a security rich design, redundant power generation, UPS protection, energy-efficient cooling, and flexible space options. The Southfield data center has an alarm secured facility with 24/7/365 access for authorized customers and representatives only. The colocation services are provided through single, half cabinet and caged space. The data center is powered by 120V or 208V, single-phase or three-phase in 10 Amp increments. 48V DC power is also available in 10 Amp increments. UPS AC power is backed up by a battery plant to ensure uninterrupted service when switching between Utility and Generator power sources. The cooling and humidity of the data center is controlled through air conditioning systems with generator protected power. The facility is also safeguarded against any fire hazard through integrated heat and smoke deduction, clean-agent fire suppression system (FM200).
