The data center has alarm secure facilities with 24/7/365 access for authorized customers representatives only. The colocation services are provided through single, half cabinet and caged space. Data center is powered by 120V or 208V, single-phase or three-phase in 10 Amp increments. 48V DC power is also available in 10 Amp increments. UPS AC power is backed up by a battery plant to ensure uninterrupted service when switching between Utility and Generator power sources. The cooling and humidity of data center is controlled through air conditioning systems with generator protected power. The facility is also safeguarded against any fire hazard through integrated heat and smoke detection, and a clean-agent fire suppression system (FM200).
