Located within Intergate West technology complex, Ubiquity Servers’ Seattle Data Center is located at 12101 Tukwila International Blvd, Seattle WA 98168.
Ubiquity’s Seattle data center offers clients a bevy of features and redundancies that make it an attractive choice for clients’ IT infrastructure needs. Inside the facility, a network operations center continuously monitors multiple layers of physical security including 24 hour a day, seven-day a week security personnel. Man traps with key card access, Closed Circuit monitoring with CCTV in place, and alarms which are tied into Campus and local Police and fire departments.
Ubiquity is also able to provide clients with a 100% uptime service level agreement because of the reliability and stability of their power and network infrastructures. The facility is powered by a total of 20 megawatts of power that is made available to the campus, which supports 250 watts per square foot. Redundant 4,000 amp 480 volt power feeds are accessible to the data center, and a 2,000 kilowatt Caterpillar generator, arranged in an N+1 configuration ensures back up power in the case of a utility power failure. An 8,000 gallon diesel tank is also located on site, with emergency stand by contracts in place with local fuel providers.
The facility’s HVAC cooling systems are arranged in an N+1 configuration, and an air sampling systems, FM 200 fire suppression and multiple zone pre-action fire suppression protect the facility from any sort of fire or smoke threat.
