The data center offers flexible colocation options from single server to any rack units space, half and full secure cabinet, customized cage space, and private suites. The data center provides a total of 18,000 square feet of total enclosed space approximately that includes 16,000 square feet of data center space, 400 square feet of NOC area, 800 square feet of Meet Me Room, and 1,000 square feet of power plant. The data center is a SAS 70 type II and SSAE 16 SOC I type II certified facility, and meets the rigorous internal compliance controls for HIPAA, SOX, and GLBA. The data center provides excellent security measures such as 24x7x365 security staff in main lobby, video monitoring and recording through motion detection cameras with archiving for 30 days, biometric palm scanners at facility entrances, and card access controls at all interior and exterior doors. The data center uses FM 200 clean agent fire suppression system with VESDA control for extinguishing any fire spark in the facility.
Milwaukee data center is a fully redundant and reliable N+1 power infrastructure. The data center is served 2500 kVA of power through multiple transformers from WE Energies utility company. The UPS system in N+1 redundant configuration protects the critical infrastructure from power failure and delivers conditioned power. The backup emergency power to the facility is provided by redundant N+1 pull up 350 kVA Caterpillar diesel generators onsite with fuel storage for 30+ hours of runtime and priority refuelling contracts. The cooling and humidity levels in the data center is automated through N+1 redundant HVAC units for the optimum performance of all hardware components. The data center has DataTrax facility monitoring of power, HVAC, security and fire, leak and hydrogen detection systems.

The data center has dual fiber entrances and provides managed bandwidth and BGP routing across redundant Internet backbone connections. TSR data center is host of Milwaukee Internet Exchange (MKEIX).
