TierPoint – Nashville Data Center

TierPoint’s Nashville data center is located at 311 Eddy Ln, Franklin, TN 37064. The Nashville data center is designed to ensure that critical IT system, applications, and data are safe from fires, earthquakes and other disasters.

Nashville data center is a Tier I infrastructure. The colocation services are provided through half and full cabinets. Nashville data center is SSAE 16 SOC I Type II certified facility. The data center has a very reliable and scalable power infrastructure. The immediate power failure is protected by UPS system with battery bank. The diesel generator provides the backup facility on the loss of utility power. The N+1 configured HVAC system effectively moderate the cooling and humidity for the IT performance of all IT equipment.

Nashville data center is a carrier neutral facility, and provides redundant fiber connectivity. The network infrastructure is Cisco certified core network, and access to TierPoint MPLS network. TierPoint utilize Internet and MPLS connectivity via multiple fiber routes in and out of colocation, as well as diverse paths to the Internet. The data center has also remote hands/eye support for customers’ equipment.
