Terremark’s Santa Clara data center is located at 3000 Corvin Drive, Santa Clara, CA 95051. The data center is centrally located in Silicon Valley, and is zone 4 earthquake certified building.

The colocation services are provided through open racks, cabinets, and customized caged floor spaces. The data center currently provides 95,000 square feet of space, and expanding its footprint to include a new, 30,000 square foot data center pod. The data center is a SAS 70 Type II certified facility. The data center has centrally located command center manned by security personnel 24x7x365. Security personnel monitor all security cameras, guard building entrance and exit access points, and control keycard access to elevators, floors and roof areas. In addition, environmental sensors notify tenants and mobilize rescue in case of emergency.

The data center provide N+1 configured electrical infrastructure. The power is fed from Silicon Valley power, not on PG & E grid. The power failure is protected through UPS system. The generator provides the backup power to the data center for all critical/non-critical load. The N+1 configured HVAC automate the cooling and humidity levels in the data center.

Santa Clara data center is a carrier neutral facility, and provides numerous advantages through its infrastructure and connectivity to major carriers. The data center has 12 carriers and service providers on site. The NOC provides colocation related services including remote hands/smart hands, installation services, staging and engineering services.
