TelJet’s Albany data center is located at 11 North Pearl Street, Albany, NY 12207. This location in the center of Albany’s business district is a highly professional environment close to plenty of public transportation and a strong network of highways. The Capital District’s three major highways – Interstates 787, 90, and 87 – can all be accessed within approximately a mile. The Albany international airport, the major air center for the Capital Region, Northeastern New York, and Western New England, is just about nine miles northwest.
Colocation services are provided through half and full cabinets, individually locked cabinets, and cages. The data center provides 24 x 7 unescorted access for authorized customer only, video surveillance 24 x 7 x 365, and card key access entry in facility. The facility is equipped with environmental monitoring system for monitoring of critical events, and fire suppression system for life and equipment safety.
The Albany data center has a redundant infrastructure ensuring a reliable network, power, and physical environment. The dual UPS feeds provide the facility with backup power and a full auto transfer switching system to multiple diesel generators. The generators are maintained and tested on a monthly basis.
The TelJet Longhaul data center is a carrier neutral facility enabling interconnection to the carrier of your choice. The facility provides redundant, diversely routed Internet connections up to 10 Gbps with available private peering to Tier-2 Northeastern Network. The data center also offers dedicated private line EPL, EVPL, and E-LAN (Protected or unprotected) connections up to 100 Gbps.
