In production since 2004, TEAM Companies’s colocation facility in Cedar Falls is 60,000 feet, SSAE-16 Type 2 certified, and located at 1205 Technology Parkway, Cedar Falls IA 50613.

The Tier 3 facility is located on 3.33 acres and is overseen by a 2,000 square foot on-site network operations center. Security into and within the building is state of the art, including bio metric scanning, video surveillance and 24 x 7 on site personnel. Assets within the data center are also protected by a multi-layered fire detection and suppression system include VESDA (Very Early Smoke Detection Apparatus) and FM 200 Clean agent.

Clients are given access to cage or cabinet options, and also have access to the facility 24 hours a day. A loading dock is also available for use and abundant parking is on-site.

The power infrastructure of the facility, which is fed from Cedar Falls Utilities, includes a 2N UPS system, and the N+1 HVAC system. Fuel back up generators are established in an N+1 configuration, and 30+ hours of fuel is stored on site, with multiple priority refueling contracts. TEAM Companies’s Cedar Falls location is also carrier neutral, and there are three fiber entrances to their telecommunications center. As such, the facility has multiple carrier options for clients.
