SunGard – San Ramon Data Center

SunGard San Ramon data center is located at 2481 Deerwood Drive, San Ramon, CA 94583. The data center is convenient suburban San Francisco location 30 miles from San Francisco or Oakland International Airport. A common break room is available within the facility and many restaurants are located just a few miles from the center. Private meeting rooms are available for conferences, confidential discussions, and planning. The data center offers business continuity services.

The data center provides 53,200 square feet of total space including 15,000 square feet of raised floor space. The data center has multiple customer’s accessibility and 250 shared workgroup seats. The data center has implemented controlled security procedures, ADT monitored security system, DVR CCTV system, onsite security guards, and is key card secured. The data center uses pre action dry pipe fire suppression system for any fire spark.

San Ramon data center provides a reliable power infrastructure, and offers 100% SLA on power. The immediate power failure is protected by 500 KVA Eaton UPS system. The standby power is provided by 1500 KW diesel generator with 2000 gallon fuel storage tank onsite. The cooling and humidity in the data center is controlled by redundant cooling towers and multiple CRAC units in raised floor. The data center has automated building monitoring, management, and alerting systems on mechanical, environmental, and electrical infrastructure.

The data center is a carrier neutral facility with connectivity to multiple Tier One backbones via carrier-diverse local loops. The data center provides Nortel option 81C PBX with multiple digital communication lines, SGN network node, and Net redirect DS-1 and DS-3 services.
