The data center has customer work stations, conference rooms, and Network Operations Center (NOC). All areas handicapped accessible by ramps for ease of movement of materials and equipment. The data center offers colocation and managed hosting, enterprise cloud services, remote managed IT services, messaging and collaboration, and network and managed security services.
SunGard colocation services includes tailored colocation data center space including cabinets with 42U capacity, or secure cages offering more space and added security for compliance. The data center provides 69,048 square feet of total space including 27,958 square feet of raised floor space. The data center adheres to SAS 70 Type II along with compliant with ISO 9001:2000 standards. The data center security features exterior security cameras, 24 x 7 security service, integrated closed circuit TV, card reader and biometric security system, and man trap security access. The immediate power failure is protected by 4 x 600 kW Emerson Power UPS systems and 2 x 500 kW Emerson Power UPS systems. The standby power is provided by 3 x 1,250 kW Cummins diesel generator. The data center has 25 x power distribution units. The cooling and humidity in the data center is controlled by 37 x CRAC units delivering 1,022 tons of cooling. The data center is a carrier neutral facility with connectivity to multiple Tier One backbones via carrier-diverse local loops.
