The Atlanta data center has a reliable and redundant N+1 power infrastructure. The UPS system in N+1 redundancy provides the uninterrupted services on the loss of utility power, and is being backed up by generators in N+1 redundancy. The concurrently maintainable N+1 cooling infrastructure with chilled water loop and CRAH units maintains appropriate cooling and humidity levels in the data center.

The data center has a redundant and scalable network infrastructure and has diverse fiber paths. The facility provides redundant dark fiber connectivity to the 56 Marietta carrier hotel. The data center provides their clients with full-time, onsite 24x7x365 NOC support from trained technicians with solutions for daily tape swaps, racking hardware, adding memory or changing hard drives and remote hands services.
