The data center offers colocation through dedicated space in a shared rack, half and full cabinet space, and customized caged space environment. The data center is monitored 24x7x365 by video cameras with secure access into the facility through uniquely coded key card system. The uninterruptible power supply to data center is supported by redundant power feeds that are backed up UPS system. The environment friendly natural gas generator provides the emergency power to the facility on the loss of utility power. The redundant HVAC systems maintain the proper cooling and humidity in the data center along with fan cooled cabinet to keep equipment running optimally.
200 W Monroe is a carrier neutral data center with connections to multiple Tier 1 carriers. The facility has private Cisco core network that is fully redundant and connected through Tier 1 providers to allow reliable, secure, and fast transfer of data. The facility can connect client’s network to the Internet or to a private MPLS network using a T-1, fiber optic cable or fixed wireless business grade symmetrical bandwidth. 24x7x365 NOC staff monitors the infrastructure and facilities, and provides helpdesk and support services.
