The multi-tenant cages are semi-private, secured, and shared in highly secure manner. The data center is a 100,000 square feet building on 6 acres campus. The facility also provides raised floor space with all the power and network cable through raised flooring. The data center is regularly audited in accordance with SSAE 16 type II standards. The data center provides state of the art security through 24×7 manned security, video surveillance with archiving for 30 days, monitored high security areas, and interior managed security zones. All the access in the data center is controlled through biometric and card key systems. The data center is a reliable power infrastructure with redundancy at each level including power, cooling, and connectivity.
The data center is a carrier neutral facility with connectivity options to multiple carriers and service providers. The data center provides 24x7x365 customer facility monitoring from operations control center and provides help desk and support services, smart hands services, remote eyes and hands services, configuration, and troubleshooting services.
