The building features dual power services, and a new 2,000 kVA transformer with space is available for additional transformers to accommodate tenant’s specific power requirements. The immediate power failure is protected through redundant 500 kVA UPS system with automatic transfer of load to the backup diesel generator. The data center provides flexible power configuration options with Static Transfer Switch (STS) in A+B design. The cooling and humidity in the data center is automated through fully redundant HVAC units in N+1 configuration.
