ISOMEDIA’s Redmond data center offers clients a range of customizable and scalable solutions to fit their growing IT infrastructure needs. Depending on their needs, clients have access to solutions that include secured cages, private suits and roof access. The facility itself is secured through multi-layered monitoring systems as well as multiple points of computer controlled security authentication. On site guards monitor the facility 24 hours a day, as well as motion detection cameras and a 24/7/365 CCTV system, with 90 days of recorded footage available. Proximity card readers are also needed throughout the facility. ISOMEDIA also offers clients managed monitoring services which are ideal for servers that require consistent monitoring and 24/7 service response.
Power is fed into the data center through the local provider Puget Sound Energy, and the infrastructure is supported by 150 and 125 kilowatt back up generators, with fuel storage on-site. ISOMEDIA also offers UPS support for all systems. The cooling systems are backed up by 2 (22) ton and 2 (5) ton CRAC units, with a total cooling capacity of 54 tons. A hot aisle/cold aisle infrastructure also allows for the efficient distribution of cooling. Finally, the network infrastructure is supported by multiple Tier 1 and Tier 2 networks as well as redundant fiber paths that feed into the facility.
