ISG Technology’s Topeka data center is located at 400 SE Jefferson St., Topeka, KS 66607. The data center is hardened concrete block and brick construction. The data center provides conference rooms with video conference facility.
The data center provides single server colocation, half and full cabinet to multiple cabinets colocation, locked cabinets colocation, and caged space. The data center provides 16,350 square feet of total space with 1,200 square feet of disaster recovery space. The data center is regularly audited in accordance with SSAE 16 SOC I standards, and is HIPAA & PCI compliant. The data center has video surveillance and monitoring 24 x 7 x 365, and access control and tracking system with visitor’s registration. The data center provides rack security with combination locks for gaining access to any resource. The data center uses FM200 gas fire suppression system for all data center area and FIKE Cheetah fire protection system in place.
The data center provides a reliable power infrastructure. The immediate power failure is protected by 375 kVA MGE UPS system. The emergency power is provided by 800 kW diesel generator with 1,000 gallons of fuel storage capacity. The data center uses 30 tons Liebert CRAC units in N+1 configuration for cooling data center floor, and 10 tons Liebert CRAC units for cooling UPS room. These cooling systems maintain air temperature at 69° ±6°with humidity at 40% ±10%.
The data center is a carrier neutral facility with connectivity to 30 carriers. A high speed fiber backbone connects all the four ISG’s data centers. ISG not only provide bandwidth to and from their data centers, but also has the unique ability to provide bandwidth to clients’ locations. ISG offers a complete range of networking services, including advanced design and configuration on routers and switches, LAN/WAN optimization, network security solutions, and wireless networking. The 24 x 7 x 365 support center provides helpdesk and support services along with monitoring of networks, application, and virtual environment.
