The data center is located in carrier hotel of the Midwest, providing carrier neutral colocation and interconnection services. The data center provides half and full cabinets colocation, private locking cabinets and private cages starting from 9′ x 12′ to larger custom size footprints. The data center is regularly audited in accordance with SSAE 16 SOC I standards, and is HIPAA & PCI compliant. The data center has video surveillance 24 x 7 x 365 including on and off-site storage for 30+ days, key locks with additional security options available, and multi factors physical security to gain access to colocation rooms and cages. The data center uses DuPont FM 200 or FE-25 clean agent waterless fire suppression system for any fire spark.
The data center provides a reliable power infrastructure. The data center has dual utility feeds providing the power to the facility. The immediate power failure is protected by redundant UPS battery bank. The emergency power is provided Caterpillar diesel generators on the loss of utility power. The data center has redundant floor level power distribution units (PDUs). HVAC units effectively moderates cooling and humidity in the data center for the optimized performance of servers and hardware.
The data center is a carrier neutral facility with connectivity to 30 carriers. A high speed fiber backbone connects all the four ISG’s data centers.
