Located in one of the most geographically stable regions in the country, Iron Mountain’s Scottsdale data center is located at 8521 E. Princess Drive, Scottsdale AZ, 85255.
The Iron Mountain data center in Scottsdale has over 90,000 square feet of usable raised floor space, and is protected by multiple layers of physical security including video surveillance, biometric screening and manned guards which patrol the facility 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Inside the facility, IT assets are protected from fire threats through a HSSD system, as well as a clean agent fire suppression system. Clients are also able to access real-time monitoring of the data center from any device, from anywhere in the world.
The power infrastructure for the facility includes over 12 megawatts of core power and is set up for clients in an N+1 configuration. The facility includes a low latency, fault tolerant carrier neutral network service, which allows for workload migration across multiple data centers. Clients also have access to multiple carriers, and Iron Mountain does not charge a recurring monthly fee for cross-connects. Iron Mountain’s redundant and secure infrastructure allows them to offer clients a 100% up-time service level agreement.
