The data center has undergone industry standard external and internal audits against SAS 70 Type II, PCI, HIPAA, SOX, JSOX, GLB, and SSAE 16 SOC II. The data center provides 38,000+ square feet of space. The data center has 24 x 7 x 365 video monitoring through NOC, biometric access to data center floor, proximity card access to cage, and thumb wheel locks at cabinet level. All access is logged and retained according to industry best practices, and data center has no signage and customer information is treated as confidential. The data center has fire threat detection and fire suppression system installed.

The data center is LEED certified silver design, and powered by multiple power feeds from separate sources backed up by multiple UPS and diesel powered generator systems. The data center has broad power options from 110V AC to 208V AC three phase. The power is distributed to customer’s equipment through true A and B feeds for redundancy in case of any path failover. The Energy Management System (EMS) allows budgeting overall power and monitoring actual consumption. The redundant HVAC units effectively control the cooling and humidity in the facility. The data center employs a cold aisle containment system as well as a mix of climate cooling and mechanical cooling to create affordable, reliable and efficient environmental conditions.
