The InfoRelay Dulles Exchange data center is located at 13873 Park Center Road, Herndon, VA, 20171. The data center is InfoRelay’s premier, fully owned and operated data center in Northern Virginia. It is home to InfoRelay’s headquarters and is fully staffed.
The InfoRelay Dulles Exchange data center provides Virginia colocation services to its customers from 1/4, 1/2, and full cabinets, multiple cabinets deployments as well as cage provisioning. The data center also provided custom office suites each with full 1,000 Mbps of Internet connectivity. The facility also features shared space including conference rooms and work area. The data center has parking facility for customers, and easy access to loading docks. The data center is a SSAE 16 SOC I Type II certified, and is a raised floor design. The data center security is provided through security guards and video surveillance 24 x 7 x 365 with recording and archiving for 90 days. All the data center access is two factor authentication including biometric hand readers or finger print reader with key card verification. The data center is mantrap design with bullet proof glass. Pre action dry pipe and FM 200 fire suppression is installed for the safety.
The data center has a reliable power infrastructure, and power fed from dual power grids, one of which powers Dulles international airport, giving it a priority when restoring power following an outage. The flywheel based UPS system in N+1 and 2N configuration with automatic transfer switch between critical components, and diesel generators protect all the system on the loss of utility power. The diverse power to equipment is controlled through Liebert PDUs. The data center provides a power density of 180 watts per square feet. The N+1 configured Liebert CRAC units effectively maintain the cooling and humidity in the data center with hot aisle containment system. The facility has got Liebert moisture detection system beneath the raised floor.
The data center is a carrier neutral facility and provides connectivity to over 100 networks via cross connect, and offers 99.999 % of uptime. The Dulles Exchange data center provides over 100 Gbps of Internet connectivity with fully diverse, redundant fiber entrances, and diverse network paths to nearby data centers. 24 x 7 x 365 skilled technical support is provided via customer web portal, priority ticket system, and phone. The data center also provides Remote Hands services 24 x 7.
