The InfoRelay data center is SAS 70 Type II certified, and provides 147,600 square feet of data center space. The InfoRelay data center security is provided through security guards and video surveillance with 24 x 7 x 365 recording that is archived for 90 days. All access to the data center requires two factor authentication by biometric hand readers or finger print readers with key card verification. The InforRelay data center has a pre-action dry pipe and FM 200 fire suppression systems with VESDA control installed in the event a fire breaks out in the data center.
The InfoRelay data center has a reliable N+1 configured power infrastructure. The UPS system in N+1 configuration with automatic transfer switch between critical components and 50,000 kW of diesel generators in N+1 configuration protects the entire system in the loss of utility power. The InfoRelay data center provides a power density of 180 watts per square foot. The dual power supplies directly to each cabinet. The N+1 configured cooling system automates the temperature of the data center. The facility has temperature zone monitoring systems and computerized environmental controls with monitoring system.
The InfoRelay Ashburn data center is a carrier neutral facility and provides connectivity to multiple carriers and service providers. The Ashburn data center is considered by many to by the largest peering point for Internet traffic on the east coast. 24 x 7 x 365 skilled technical support is provided via a customer web portal, priority ticket system and phone.
