The power to the data center is fully redundant including UPS, diesel generators, transformers and multiple substation feeds. Redundant Liebert precision computer room air conditioners are installed to maintain optimal temperature and humidity in the data center .The RAID protection coupled with multiple storage controllers provides maximum uptime. The hot swappable disks and redundant multipath controllers provide for zero downtime maintenance process.
Multiple internet and fiber optics connectivity options to the data center from the leading telecommunication companies exist. The dedicated network provides a highly available, flexible and redundant Tier 1 internet access platform. The data center is equipped with redundant Cisco routing and switching at Layer 2 and/or 3 with 10/100/1000/10000 Mbps connectivity, gateway failover protection, BGP4, and 24x7x365 onsite network monitoring. Managed network security is provided through services like managed firewall and VPN –both physical and virtual, managed intrusion deduction and prevention, virus spam eradication, content filtering and traffic analysis.
