The facility is located only 90 minutes north of Denver, Colorado making it an optimal distance away from the metro area. Wyoming is well out of dangers way avoiding areas which could be affected by the earthquakes of the West coast or the hurricanes of the South and East coastlines. The Green House Wyoming data center offers sales tax exemption on purchase of new IT equipment provided by state, low-cost of living, and close proximity to all front range Colorado cities.

The data center is a Tier III infrastructure facility. The Wyoming data center provides managed colocation services from 1U up to full cabinets, caged space, and private suites with room for growing infrastructure. The data center provides 10,000 square feet of raised floor colocation space. The data center is designed and built according to compliance standards, and have SSAE 16 SOC I Type II certification, and are HIPPA and PCI compliant. The Wyoming data center offers four layer security including security guards onsite, 24 x 7 x 365 video surveillance, bullet proof glass, escorts for all visitors, and individual locks for all colocation and caged space. The facility employ key card, PIN access, and a double mantrap entry to the data center white space. The Green House data center utilizes top-of-the-line fire detection and suppression systems that include early warning air sampling, photoelectric smoke detection and clean agent gaseous fire suppression system.

The data center is completely powered 100% from green wind energy, and has a N+1 electrical infrastructure that delivers power in a true ‘A’ and ‘B’ power configuration with the ability to handle loads of up to 13 kW per cabinet. This energy efficient data center offers a PUE of 1.2. The data center offers 100% SLA on power, cooling. The data center offers N+1 configured, fully redundant 100% free cooling. The data center is a carrier neutral facility offering premium bandwidth with on-net connectivity and 10G ports for multiple providers. The on-net providers includes, but not limited to, CenturyLink, Zayo, Level3, and Optimum. Some of the carriers include: Mammoth Networks, Sprint and AT&T. Green House Data also offers cross-connects services to additional carriers in Wyoming data center facility. The data center has 24 x 7 x 365 technicians onsite, and help desk support.
