The data center is single story building and is located in a flood free zone. The data center provides multiple amenities including free Wi-Fi, conference room, break room, crash cart and staging area for customer use.

The data center offers multiple colocation options including single server space, 21U half cabinet, 42U full cabinet and customized cage space. The data center has raised floor design for efficient airflow and cooling. The data center is a SSAE 16 SOC-2 Type II certified facility and also provides PCI and HIPAA compliant solutions to its customers. The facility features excellent security measures including video surveillance with 90+ retention of recorded footage, proximity card readers, biometric scan and visitors’ validation with customers’ access list. The data center is equipped with pre action dry pipe fire suppression system to extinguish any fire.

The Plano data center is a 2 N+1 redundant power infrastructure with hospital grade dual utility feeds from separate grids. The redundant UPS system in 2 N+1 redundancy provides backup power on the loss of utility power. The emergency power to the data center is provided by standby generators with multiple diesel vendors to keep 24 hours’ worth of fuel in reserve all time and is tested/serviced regularly. A live power outage simulation is done twice a year to prepare for a real event. The redundant A/B conditioned power circuit is provided to each cabinet in a failsafe design. The redundant cooling infrastructure maintains appropriate temperature in the data center in hot and cold aisle separation design.
