Future Hosting Washington DC data center is located at 21635 Red Rum Drive, Ashburn, VA 20147. Future Hosting has provided for the first time colocation services in this data center in 2011. The colocation services range from individual servers to partial or full cabinets and customers can select their desired power circuit, voltage, port speed, and bandwidth allotment. Future Hosting also offers an optional server management service for colocated servers.

The data center is newly built in 2009, provides 71,000 square feet of space with additional 52,000 square feet of expansion potential. 36 Inches raised floor space specifically optimized for high density deployments. Large custom data center PODS are also available. The data center has an alarm system with video surveillance throughout the facility. The access to data center resources is restricted through multi-level access authorization with biometric scan. The data center is installed with multi zone, above and below the raised floor, pre action dry pipe fire suppression systems that only fill with water in the event that two or more sensors are triggered in the same zone.

The data center has abundant power in access to 21 MW onsite. The UPS in N+1 redundancy provides the backup electricity, and automatic transfer to redundant diesel generators with sufficient onsite fuel storage. With the employment of items such as blanking panels, air dams and venting solutions, the data center can provide over 10 KW per rack. The data center cooling is in N+1 redundancy with hot-aisle and cold-aisle configurations, and optional air containment solutions to increase efficiency and density while maintaining strict cooling standards that exceed ASHRAE specifications.

The data center is a carrier neutral facility with more than 50 Gigabits of Internet bandwidth active over five Tier 1 providers on a fully diverse fiber infrastructure. The support services are provided 24 x 7 x 365 by team of professionals as and when required.

Future Hosting is a privately held leading Internet solutions provider specializing in managed hosting including dedicated servers, virtual private servers and content delivery network. The dedicated servers, which are available as either managed or unmanaged, feature enterprise level hardware configurations, connectivity to a world class international internal backbone for added redundancy. Future Hosting is the developer of Future Engineer™, a technical support automation system designed to automate time consuming server configuration and repair tasks on VPS, and Future Protect™, an application that creates complete backups daily of all customer VPS data that is then archived on a remote backup server daily, and can be accessed and restored in the event of hardware failure or other disaster.
