Fibertown’s Bryan data center is located at 120 N. Main St. Bryan, TX 77803. The facility is a stand alone single tenant building, 150 miles from Gulf coast, and is located outside FEMA 500 years flood zone. The data center has convenient amenities including office space, conference rooms, and WIFI facility. The dedicated office space is also available for Disaster Recovery.
Fibertown’s Bryan data center is a Tier IV infrastructure facility. Fibertown provides custom colocation solutions with a 100% uptime SLA though affordable and secure 1/2 rack to full 42U cabinets, custom caged solution with biometric and lock facility, and private data center suits requiring upto 10,000 square feet of space with multiple security features. The facility offers 24,000 square feet of space including 12,000 of 26 inches raised floor, and is a SSAE 16 SOC I Type II certified. The data center features excellent security including central security office staffed 24 x 7 x 365, video camera monitoring and recording with archiving. All the critical area access is through biometric and key card access controls. The data center has storage areas for customers equipment. HFC 125 gas fire suppression system with VESDA control is installed in the data center for the safety.
The power to the data center is fed through concurrently maintainable N+1 power design, and has independent utility substations. The data center has three power rooms serving multiple PODs. Diverse power is delivered simultaneously through active (A+B) dual utility feeds all the way to the customer equipment. The critical IT load is protected through 3000 kVA UPS system. 3 x 2 MW diesel generators in N+1 configuration provides the power to data center on the loss of utility power, and with 12,000 gallons fuel storage onsite. The Houston Data Center has concurrently maintainable cooling in N+1 configuration, a bidirectional closed-loop chilled water system to deliver high efficiency cooling from 50 tons CRAC units, and dual 400 tons rooftop chillers. The data center has hot/cold aisles, drainage and leak detection under all raised floors.
Located 150 feet from the fiber interexchange, the carrier neutral Bryan Data Center connects to the world’s fastest and most reliable telecom providers. Both the Bryan and Houston data centers are connected via private gateway. The network features diverse fiber entrance points in and around the data center. The facility offers flat rate and burstable bandwidth options from 1 Mbps to 10 Gbps. The Network Operation Center (NOC) provides services and support 24 x 7 x 364, and also offer remote hand services.
