The data center provides amenities like professionally furnished suites, board rooms, conference rooms, onsite free parking, break room, free Internet, and dedicated phone line with VoIP service. The data center is a Tier IV infrastructure facility.
The data center provides the colocation space through private suites that are designed to accommodate minimum 2 racks, with larger suites are available for larger deployments. The data center provides 20″ antistatic raised floor environment for subfloor cable management and efficient airflow. The data center is regularly audited in accordance with SSAE 16 SOC I type II requirements, and offers PCI DSS and HIPAA compliant solutions. The data center offers excellent security measures up to six levels, including 24x7x365 IP cameras surveillance throughout facility, security staff by onsite property management group, keyed and proxy card accessible cabinet, and has implemented the proxy card and biometric access controls to gain access. The data center is protected from fire through the use of double interlocked pre action dry pipe fire suppression system.
The Orem data center provides a reliable and fault tolerant power infrastructure, and offers 100% uptime SLA. The critical infrastructure is protected by Liebert UPS system on the immediate loss of utility power. The backup power to data center is served through Cummins or ONAN diesel generators onsite that resides in a secure, enclosed area with dual fuel refilling contracts to ensure a constant supply. The generators are tested weekly with schedule maintenance by manufacturer to ensure reliability. The cooling and humidity levels in the data center are effectively controlled by redundant Liebert HVAC units for the optimum performance of all physical components.
FiberNet’s 1145 South 800 East data center is a carrier neutral facility with multiple carriers and service provider. The data center has dual fiber entrances, and all fiber runs enter at different entry points into the facility and terminate into separate Cisco core routers which all feed a N+1 Cisco Network. The data center provides multiple 10 GigE fiber connections from multiple carriers, and offers 100% network availability. The 24x7x365 NOC staff provides the technical support and monitoring services, and remote hands services.
