The data center offers half and full cabinet colocation, locked cabinets, caged space, and private suite colocation space. The data center is SSAE 16 SOC I Type II certified facility. The data center provides 61,573 square feet of total space, including 30,355 square feet of colocation space, and satellite platform space of 1,300 square feet. The colocation floor is designed for the floor load of 100 lbs. per square feet. The data center has multilevel security including CCTV & recorders, motion detection, and 24 x 7 security guards. The immediate power failure is protected by distributed redundant 2,250 kVA UPS power in N+1 configuration. The standby power is provided by 3 x 1,500 kW diesel generators in N+1 configuration. The cooling and humidity in the data center is controlled by 4 x 260 tons, redundant electric air-cooled screw compressor chillers, and air handlers. The facility is served with cooling of 1.75 kW per cabinet (5,973 BTUH), and offers 99.99% SLA on temperature & humidity.
The data center is a carrier neutral facility offering connectivity to multiple carriers and service providers. The data center has overhead proprietary cable tray system with multi-tier ladder rack.
